full moon aglow
firefly lights, in the mist
while deer watch and wait

Summer is more than half over here in the piney woods. The hay is cut after the long days of heat and pop-up thunderstorms earlier this July.
The skys are a sparkling blue, with feather like clouds covering them like a veil. It is possible to enjoy working in the garden again! Yes! Yes! YES!
The are veggies and flowers getting ready to brighten our homes and kitchens with beautiful flowers and fresh produce, and trees fill with ripening fruit.
The little fur ball rabbits that appeared as if by magic in our yard late last spring are almost mature.
The Full Buck Moon, marks the time of Summer when the Buck's antler growth visibly increases.
The wheel of the year is about to turn again, long before some folks, including me, even want to think about it. And so it goes.
