It is just too hot and too humid to do very much, today so after I picked berries and did a couple of chores, I gave up and came inside. Clicked on the TV and scrolled thru the channels. Nothing! Nothing and I mean nothing that seemed worth watching.
" The Prisoner" ?
Was it the very old English series with Patrick McGoohan? I remember watching "The Prisoner" intently every week as #6 tried to escape the island. I also remember if the atmosphere was right our old grey Zenith radio would pick up the pirate Rock station, think it was called Radio Caroline, which was gratuitously referenced when someone wanted to broadcast a message from a rusting platform in the ocean probably meant to be a pirate station uttered something like " quiet enough for a drum solo" a code for or to #6. And so it goes.
