Happy 243rd Birthday

The 4th was one of my favorite days when I was a kiddo, in fact I still love the fireworks and cookouts, firecrackers and sparklers, Ok I'm a big kid.

I love to see the flags and to think of all of the people who believed in our country enough to give their lives for it.   I think about all the people who work to keep our country going  and growing.

But most of all I think about all of those kiddos out there who will keep this country going and growing. Some of my ancestors where already here when the first Europeans landed on our shores, some came to fight in the Revolutionary was on the side of the British, but stayed and built lives and families here.
Almost  125 years later some of my ancestors came to this country from the  poverty and bloodshed in southern Europe,  and built homes families and businesses.

Happy Birthday, America!
Happy Birthday to us all.
