An echo! rang across the valley. And across time.
Today I was sitting on the veranda enjoying the beauty of this fine late August day, and started to think about how much I loved being here. Way,way back as a little girl who stood here so many years ago and listened in awe as Echo's replies rang through the valley when my Uncles, Dad, Grandfather and cousins called out in their deep voices, and Echo replied. I wanted to try. Oh how much I wanted Echo to answer me, I was still so young that I thought Echo was a real person. Working my way to the front of the crowd and summoning every bit of power I had..."HELLO!" and
Echo answered Heeellooow!" in a voice very much like my own
