What a gorgeous full moon it is and I sit watching it out my window, beautiful silver disk in a dark velvety sky. Bare branches and pine branches gently moving in the breeze, but it's cold and I would rather sit here and enjoy the warmth. After all it will soon be winter.
The full Moon of November is also known as the Gathering Moon , Beaver Moon, Frost Moon, Hunter's Moon, First snow's Moon and Freezing Moon, among many other names, all them of sound like reminders of the hardships of winters past.
